AutoSPF Alternatives for Small Businesses

By EmailmetryReviewed 3 min read

DMARCLY Safe SPF and EasyDMARC EasySPF are available services to compare with AutoSPF. Assess policy support, prevention and recovery capabilities, incident assistance and the full domain allowance. Emailmetry is a prelaunch option with stated publication safeguards. Published features and prices alone do not establish comparative reliability or hours of support work saved.

This article is published by Emailmetry, which is developing its own SPF service. We reviewed the providers' public pages on 8 September 2026. We have not tested their products against one another.

First establish why you want an alternative

A lower price, better policy support, stronger recovery tools or more useful incident assistance can be reasons to compare services. An SPF fault can consume technical time well beyond the final DNS edit: someone has to establish the affected route, diagnose it, coordinate the correction and verify the result.

Evaluate what each service does to prevent supported faults and help when one occurs. Ordinary SPF includes already follow provider DNS, so automatic tracking of provider IP changes alone is not the whole comparison. Validation, policy handling, recovery and support can matter even when the current month needs no manual changes.

These are scope differences, not a ranking.

AutoSPF

AutoSPF's pricing page describes automatic SPF flattening, unlimited email volume and different domain allowances by plan. It directs readers seeking DMARC reporting to its separate DMARC Report product.

Include migration effort in the comparison if you already use AutoSPF. The useful improvement might be cost, support or a capability the current plan lacks. We have not measured a performance or reliability advantage for any option in this article.

DMARCLY Safe SPF

DMARCLY's pricing page distinguishes monitored domains from Safe SPF domains. At review, Growth listed eight monitored domains and one Safe SPF domain. Professional's lower headline price did not include Safe SPF.

That distinction matters more than dividing a package price by its total monitored-domain allowance. A business needing SPF management on several domains needs the price for that particular allowance. Reporting may be useful as well, or may overlap with tools the business already has.

EasyDMARC EasySPF

EasySPF's product page describes replacing includes with maintained IP ranges and applying changes through its interface. EasyDMARC's business pricing page lists EasySPF in Premium.

It is relevant if you want SPF management within a broader reporting platform. Obtain the total for your required domains, billing period and features. Reporting and investigation tools can contribute value alongside policy maintenance, especially for teams handling authentication incidents.

Emailmetry is not available yet

Emailmetry is coming soon. Its planned service maintains SPF for supported sending services selected by the customer. One licence covers an assigned domain and its subdomains. The planned price is USD $5 per 30-day billing cycle or USD $36 for 12 months upfront, excluding tax.

Its stated safeguards include validation before publication, retention of the last validated policy when updates cannot be verified, and policy history for recovery. These are relevant capabilities to assess alongside the planned workflow and pricing. They are not comparative uptime or incident-reduction measurements.

A business needing a replacement now should assess available services. For a future purchase, compare the supported policy, prevention and recovery capabilities, support scope and complete price. Those determine the service being bought; a headline rate alone does not.
