HaloPSA

Link each client to its HaloPSA customer. Each night, Emailmetry sets a software licence on that customer to the number of domains we bill you for that client, so the recurring invoices you raise in HaloPSA use the current count. You can also sync on demand.

  1. Connect.A HaloPSA administrator creates an API-only agent and application, then adds its client ID and secret in Emailmetry under Account > Integrations. It takes about ten minutes, and the portal walks through each step.
  2. Map clients.Link each client to its HaloPSA customer. Emailmetry can suggest matches by name; each one stays off until you check it and turn on Keep in sync.
  3. Sync.Emailmetry updates the licence count every night. Each run is listed with its result.

Clients linked to the same HaloPSA customer are added together on one licence.
Limited access.
The agent’s role can read customers and update software licences, for every customer or only the ones you choose. Its client ID and secret are stored encrypted and are never shown again in full.
Nothing is deleted.
If a count cannot be read, licences stay as they are. A licence Emailmetry no longer tracks is reported, not removed.
Who can use it.
MSP accounts, set up by an account administrator. See Emailmetry for MSPs.
